Introduction
I would love to meet bright , interesting Indian women because there is so much we share . I'm interested in finding an opportunity to do community service and give back , because it is important to me. My interests are many and varied .

Community service , books , celebrating Indian holidays , interesting speakers , spiritual inquiry, cultural events like dance music and theatre ,
What do you miss about India?
My family more than anything , but also the genuine goodness of ordinary people , the way the earth smells after the first monsoon rains , and too many things hard to put into a brief paragraph.
What do you like most about the US?
The dynamism, the never-say- die attitude , the opportunities , the efficiency , the freedom to speak , to work and to be whatever one dreams of being . The support and friendship of people here , all truly amazing.
How long have you been living in the US?
For a very long time 20 + years , and I am fulfilled , busy and considered successful here , but there is a part of me that is always attached to India and cherishes the feeling.
What kind of events would you like to add to the above list?
Let's have a very dynamic group , geared to doing something positive , maybe helping homeless children or reading to injured veterans just back from Iraq : while we also meet and talk and share our experiences and cuisines and support one another
